Dog Agility Hire - Special Instructions
Hi there,
Thank you for hiring our indoor arena for dog agility. Below you will find your instructions to adhere to when you attend site. This is a self-service booking, so please read the below carefully.
- Attend the Thorpe Meadows site (CLICK FOR LOCATION GUIDANCE)
- Navigate to the indoor arena - Upon driving through the white gates, park up, walk down the walkway at the front of the barn between the outdoor arena and the barn. At the end, there is a large opening which is the indoor arena. The equipment will be setup for your hire.
- If Rustik Kitchen is open, you may ask them for assistance in locating the arena.
- Please treat our facility with respect and dignity and dispose of any waste yourself in the bins around site.
- Adhere to all terms and conditions agreed to upon booking.
- When leaving site, please leave the arena in the same condition as it was left (per the T&Cs.
- After your booking you will be sent a feedback email where you can leave any feedback from your experience with us! We would love to hear what you thought.
